Inclement Weather Info:
If we are going to cancel classes due to the weather, there will be a message on the answering machine at the gym beginning at noon on that day (and 7AM for Thursday morning classes). We do not follow the school systems! The local radio station (610 AM) will also be called to announce any class cancellations. (You will be responsible for scheduling a make up for that class.) Check the bottom of this page for specialty classes and special events. With our experienced staff of coaches and well-equipped gym, we offer something for everyone.
